By creating an account or using Nodlen, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nodlen.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Nodlen. By storing content on our servers you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display it to you and any collaborators you authorize.
You may not use Nodlen to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
Nodlen is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodlen and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nodlen after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
